POSITION/COMMITTEE RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSIGHT AND IMPLEMENTATION: BOARD
PURPOSE: The purpose of this policy is to describe how members whose payment of club dues is not current will be communicated with and the consequences of delinquency.
POLICY STATEMENT:
Days count begins on the first of the month following issuance of the dues and billing statement.
Accounts will not be considered delinquent until 61 days after billing. All accounts not paid will be automatically rebilled every 30 days.
The board will review all accounts that are unpaid in Executive Session of each regular meeting and determine a specific response to the member or entity owing the club.
A member with dues or other charges in delinquency may be denied the ability to add additional charges to their account.
In cases of ongoing failure to resolve delinquent dues and/or other payments, the board may opt to terminate a member from the club after due consideration and attempts to resolve the delinquency.
